Sarah works with clients to help them access the health, balance and vitality which is inside all of us, but can become trapped in the body as a result of trauma. Working slowly and respectfully at a pace the client is comfortable with, they are able to release physical and emotional patterns and restrictions in their mind/body system. This can result in a return to physical and emotional equilibrium.

All the therapies offered can be used either in combination, or independently, to optimise the benefit for the client.

CPD is an important aspect of Sarah’s work and she regularly attends workshops and lectures to support and further her knowledge. Details can be found here.
